Every lead, scored the moment it arrives
No manual entry. Upload a list and everything else is automatic — gates, points, band, next action. Nothing is left unfilled.
CSV stays in your browser except for the score request itself — nothing is stored server-side.
How this works, in short
Every weight comes from checking 16,359 real historical leads against what actually closed — not intuition.
Hot ≈ 79% of similar leads have historically closed. Warm ≈ 49%. Cold ≈ 13%.
A score rises automatically once real engagement happens — a meeting booked, a call logged. It isn't fixed at import.
What your list needs
Two groups of columns. The first you already have from Factors; the second is a bonus, and the model defaults sensibly without it.
From Factors
What you'll actually have on hand.

Optional, also from Factors: Source Drilldown, Visited High Intent Page.
From a CRM merge
Skip these and the model assumes a new lead, no funding signal, setup in place.

Column names are matched loosely — case and spacing don't matter.
Every imported lead, sorted by band
Nothing imported yet — load the sample list to see the board fill up.
Nothing on the board yet
Import a list and every lead lands here, already scored and banded.
The rules, in full
Every gate and point value, plus a simulator that runs on the leads already on your board — not a hypothetical.
Eligibility gates
Five hard checks that run before any scoring. Trip any one of them and a lead is filtered out and never scored — fit doesn't get a say at that point.
Points
Backtested against real Closed Won / Closed Lost outcomes.
Try a change on paper first
Pick a group of leads already on your board, pick one thing you'd do differently for them, and see how many more would likely close — using each band's real historical win rate, not a guess.
No leads on the board yet — load some here to try this out, no need to leave this page.
What if leads got ?
Import a list first — the simulator runs on your own board.Realistically, how many will you actually reach?
70%Not every lead in the group will actually get that meeting or call — this is your honest estimate of how many will.
